Miya Ponsetto, the 22-year-old lady, also referred to as “SoHo Karen,” has been in a social media firestorm for weeks after she was seen on video accusing jazz Trumpeter Keyon Harrold’s son of stealing her telephone. Now one other video has surfaced of her preventing with police in October.
Based on footage from TMZ, the Oct. 3 video is of a DUI bust in Ventura, California. She is at a Chevron gasoline station together with her mother, Nicole Ponsetto, and is seen arguing with the police. When an officer makes an attempt to place her in handcuffs, she resists, and the cop wrestles her to the bottom.
She screams, “I’m not even touching you! You’re asking for actually a lawsuit! I didn’t do something to you!”
Ponsetto can be heard saying, “I simply suppose you guys are like a joke. There are gang members which are killing folks proper now, and also you’re arresting a woman?”
TMZ studies her blood-alcohol degree was allegedly twice the authorized restrict. She was charged with DUI, resisting arrest,and obstructing/delaying a peace officer or EMT. Per week later, she was placed on probation.

As for Ponsetto attacking a 14-year-old baby who she believed stole her cellular phone, she has been charged with tried theft, grand larceny, performing in a fashion injurious to a baby and two counts of tried assault, based on an official assertion from Manhattan District Lawyer Cyrus R. Vance Jr.’s workplace, The Hill studies.
Choose Michael Frishman granted Ponsetto supervised launch with out financial bail. Additionally, Grammy award-winning jazz musician Keyon Harrold and his son Keyon had been granted orders of safety, the Washington Post provides.
The New York Post studies that Ponsetto has three open instances in California and can seem in courtroom on March 29, 2021, the Manhattan District Lawyer’s workplace notes.
